I've been taking my car to this shop for a while now, and while I've had mostly great experiences, I think there's some room for improvement. The technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable, and they do a great job fixing my car whenever I have an issue. I recently had some brake work done, and they were very thorough with their inspection and explained everything well. However, I did notice that the last time I went, the wait time was longer than usual. They had a lot of customers that day, which I get, but a heads-up about the delay would have been nice. Nonetheless, the work they did was solid, and I appreciate their commitment to quality. I’ll keep coming back because I trust their expertise.
